Join us for the 20th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival in beautiful, scenic Southern Maine!! Located at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Rd., South Berwick, Maine!
AWARDED MOST SCENIC COURSE, BEST BEGINNERS RACE, BEST SWAG AND BUCKET LIST EVENT!!
Race the Sprint or Olympic triathlon on Saturday September 12, 2026!
SPRINT: .3 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run
OLYMPIC: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 10k run
OLYMPIC AQUABIKE: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike...DONE!
RELAYS FOR BOTH!!
Running Festival participants receive swag bag, tshirt, post party with Autumn Harvest Brunch, fall games!
