Security, and Community Resiliency in our community. The organization funds programs in 15 local nonprofits and spearheads 9 initiatives to drive impact, and serves as the lead agency for the Lancaster Area Coalition for the Homeless, working to reduce homelessness in Lancaster County. Course description: Run for the Rose through the scenic Lindsay Pettus Greenway - a beautiful boardwalk and concrete pathway along Gills Creek. You will wind around a local school and then get on the Greenway following the boardwalk until you loop at the Woodland Dr entrance to return back to the start/finish line. Grab your 90s workout attire and hit the race or fun run! 90s attire encouraged, prizes awarded for "best dressed". The Run for the Rose will be the premier race for the Red Rose Festival and we're thrilled to have you will join us! After the race, enjoy the Red Rose Festival , the City of Lancaster's signature event featuring craft and business vendors, delicious food vendors, a Kids Zone, live music, an antique car show, a dog show, and more! T-shirt Deadlines : Sign up by April 30 for guaranteed shirt (adult) size Special Note: D ue to an overwhelming response, we may not have extra R4TR merch for registrations over the first 100.
