This event is sponsored by the Friends Of Norwood SEPAC and ABL Fitness to raise acceptance and awareness for individuals with disabilities to make Norwood an accepting, inclusive and accessible community!
ABL Fitness is a nonprofit fitness clinic that empowers kids, teens and adults with disabilities specializing in neurodiversity by combining movement, sensory regulation, and individualized coaching to build confidence, connection, and lifelong physical, social, and emotional strength. Their mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where every athlete is presumed capable, supported through personalized strategies, and celebrated for who they are. Through trust, connection, and adaptive fitness, they help individuals break barriers, foster independence, and realize their full potential.
Friends of Norwood SEPAC is the nonprofit arm of the Norwood Special Education Parents Advisory Council (SEPAC) that supports the mission to build understanding, respect, and support for children with special needs in Norwood by fostering parent networking, advising the district on special education programs, promoting communication and inclusion, and offering informational forums and resources to families.
