This morning 5K will take place on the beautiful park trails of Shawnee Prairie Preserve. Run or walk through pristine prairies, under woodland canopies, and around wetland wildlife. Pass by iconic locations at Shawnee Prairie like the Sugar Shack, Log House, and Blacksmith Shop before returning to the finish line near the Nature Center.

Race Details:

RACE DAY:   Saturday, Nov. 14th @ 9am.  Shawnee Prairie Preserve Nature Center. 5K Divisions: Male/Female: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56+   Medals will be awarded to the top male and female of each division. Race Incentives: Race Shirt (if registered prior to October 14th) , electronic chip timing, post-race refreshments, door prizes,  All proceeds will support Darke County Parks' Raptor Ambassador program. Post-Race Events: Awards and post-race refreshments will occur at approximately 10:30 am. Race Cost:  Early Bird Pricing until June 26th $25.00 ($15.00 for 14 & Under).  Pre-registration June 27th - October 24th $30.00 ($20.00 for 14 & Under). Late-registration October 25th - November 14th  $35 ($30 for 14 & Under).
