8th Annual Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk presented by United Bank Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk

Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash July 3, 2026 at 7:00am Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Join us to celebrate America! Runners and Walkers are all welcome!! Participants are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue! Get the entire family involved and register for either the RWB 5K Run, Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk, or our free Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash (50 yards)!  Participants are encouraged to dress in costume to celebrate our Independence! Uncle Sam's 1 Mile walk and Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash are untimed events.

Race Info:

RWB race begins at 7:00am Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk begins at 7:30am Stars and Stripes Kids' (50 yards) Dash begins at 8:05am right up from the finish line Runners and walkers are all WELCOME! Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Service animals as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a service animal must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes. Baby joggers, baby strollers, skate boards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc. as recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on course. Those participating with a recognized device must inform staff at bib pickup and are asked to begin at the back of the race for safety purposes. No water stop on course! Race Swag:
