Join us for the Crawfish Crawl 5k , a relaxed, stress-free walk/run around the Rouse High School campus in Leander, Texas. This event is designed for runners, walkers, families, and community members of all ages and abilities.
This is an untimed 5k —no timing chips—so participants can focus on enjoying the morning, supporting a great cause, and having fun together. The course is walker- and stroller-friendly, and friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. For safety reasons, bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted on the course.
All participants who register by MIDNIGHT on Tuesday, April 21st are guaranteed an event t-shirt.

After the Race: Crawfish Boil
Rouse FFA will be hosting their annual Crawfish Boil following the race during lunchtime. Plate cost $12.00. The plate will include 1lbs. of crawfish. In addition to the crawfish you will get sausage, corn, and potatoes. 5k participants who order a plate will receive a free drink and desert, if they present their race bib. At the end of the registration you will be required to sign up for a pick up time.
Why We Crawl: Supporting Rouse FFA Alumni
Crawfish Crawl 5K is a fundraiser benefiting Rouse FFA Alumni. Rouse FFA Alumni is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. The funds raised will help support Rouse FFA students through:
Travel expenses for leadership contests and conferences Veterinary medicine, livestock, floral design, and agricultural mechanics projects Classroom materials, welding shop resources, and barn improvements These funds directly enhance student education, hands-on learning, and leadership development opportunities within the Rouse FFA program.
Weather & Refund Policy:
This event will take place rain or shine . In the event of lightning, the race may be delayed for participant safety.
No refunds will be issued.
