Weather snapshot (AI-assisted text)
Held on Labor Day in Bowling Green, KY, early September typically brings warm and often humid conditions. Runners should prepare for temperatures likely in the 70s or 80s Fahrenheit, especially as the morning progresses. Hydration will be key, and dressing in light, moisture-wicking gear is advisable.
Terrain & course feel (AI-assisted text)
As a 5K in a city setting without specific trail mentions, it's highly probable this is a road race. Expect paved surfaces, likely through urban or suburban streets. While no elevation is specified, Bowling Green generally has some rolling terrain, so anticipate a few gentle inclines and declines rather than a completely flat course.
