For a CauseJoin the 6th Annual Sand Lake Run 4 the 4th, a welcoming 4-mile run/walk that kicks off the 4th of July Celebration in historic Sand Lake, Michigan. This event features a relatively flat and fast course, winding around Sand Lake on a mix of pavement, dirt roads, and paved trails. It's a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to either test their fitness or simply enjoy a festive start to the holiday, all while supporting the Cedar Springs Cross Country program.

PLEASE NOTE: THE DEADLINE TO RECIEVE A RACE SHIRT IS REGISTERING PRIOR TO MONDAY, JUNE 23RD AT 9:00AM EDT. (We will have order 2-3 extra in each size but no entry will be guaranteed a shirt after that time has passed)
This 4-mile race starts and finishes in historic Sand Lake Michigan. Our course is relatively flat and certainly FAST - circling around Sand Lake through a combination of pavement, dirt roads, and paved trails. The race will be a part of the Sand Lake 4th of July Celebration. Proceeds will be used to raise funds for the Cedar Springs Cross Country program.

"Run 4 the 4th" is a fun event for the whole family, whether you are testing your fitness or just looking for a fun way to start your 4th of July, this event will be great for the whole family. This is a Run/Walk event. Packet Pick-up will be at the Sand Lake White Pine Trail Pavilion.
6:30 - 7:45am Packet pick-up and day-of registration 8am Race start time This event is hand-timed. Results will be posted for viewing in-person following the conclusion of the race and uploaded online in within 3 hours of the conclusion of the race.
