2025 marks 16 years of the Holland Free Health Clinic's (HFHC) annual community fundraiser, Run for Your Life. The 5k fun run/walk is for participants of all ages and abilities and can be run or walked at any pace. Participants are encouraged to use their creativity by dressing in Halloween costumes.

Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female finishers and for most creative costumes. Event proceeds support HFHC programs and services. For more information about our mission and vision, please visit: http://www. hfhclinic. org Sign Up by Oct 9 for guaranteed t-shirt Price increases to $40 on Oct 19 Student Rate $10 off, use code: RFYLSTUDENT2025 HFHC Client Discount: If you receive services at HFHC, send an email to mail@hfhclinic. org for a FREE registration. *Lil' Pumpkins Run: $5, for kids 8 and under, will receive a medal for participating in this 2 block run at 8:45am. *Children must check in at the registration table to receive their race bib. Parents are welcome to run alongside their child. In addition, Lil Pumpkins will have a ccess to all fall-themed activity stations, including: Mini pumpkin decorating, s cavenger hunt, d onuts & cider, s elfie station, and more! Packet Pick-Up: Friday, October 24th from 3pm - 5pm at HFHC Saturday, October 25th, 8:00am - 9am Virtual packets will also be emailed
