"Running for the HEART 5K|10K" is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN! Race Day Schedule of Events: 7:00 am - Sign-In & On-site Registration 7:45am - Welcome & Morning Stretch 8:00 am - 5K|10K Runners Start 8:15am - 5K|10K Walkers and Bikers Start 10:00am - Cool Down & Celebration!
