The 3rd Ryan Lambert Memorial 5K honors Ryan Andrew Lambert while raising vital awareness and funds. This charitable event supports Vietnam Veteran programs throughout Delaware and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP). Join the community in Bowers Beach, Delaware, for a meaningful run on a fast and flat out-and-back course. EVENT DESCRIPTION:

The Ryan Lambert Memorial is a charitable organization that has been formed with the intent of raising awareness and funds to support both Vietnam Veteran programs throughout Delaware and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP) in the name and memory of Ryan Andrew Lambert. The Ryan Lambert Memorial Committee, along with the Seashore Striders, look forward to hosting you at this very important fundraising event. Thank You!

RACE LOCATION: Bowers Beach, Delaware. "The Way Life Used to Be"

RACE TIME: Kids 100m Dash @ 8:45am and 5k at 9:00am. (**NOTE NEW START TIME)

RACE REGISTRATION for Individual 5k Run & 5k Walk:

$30.00 Early-Registration through June 12th at midnight $35.00 Race Day from 7:30am - 8:50am There is No Charge for the Kiddie Dash...Dash is for kids 8 & under 3 Ways to Register for a Seashore Strider Event...

2. Race Day/On-Site Registration. Most Seashore Strider events begin on-site registration 1 hr./60 min before the start of the event. 3. Mail-In Registration. The Seashore Strider Event Page has a Universal Entry Form attached that can be downloaded and printed out
