You are invited to join Right to Life of Sanilac County on Saturday, June 27th at the Diamond Trail for the 8th Annual Sandusky Run For Life 5K and 1 mile run/walk. The 5K RUN & RUN/WALK will begin at 8:00 AM. Followed by the 1 mile RUN/WALK which will start at 8:05 AM. Prices includes a swag bag, T-shirt and a finisher medal; which will be given to all participants. See age group awards below.
NEW FOR 2026: The 1 mile will have a YOUTH and ADULT division. YOUTH only pay $10 to participate. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place ribbons will go to each division. No age groups.
We have a competitive 5K WALK event. Participants MUST walk the entire 5K course and there will ONLY be First, Second and Third place awards for both male and female divisions. If you plan to run any of the 5K you must sign up for 5K RUN - RUN/WALK!
To guarantee a shirt and YOU MUST REGISTER by June 20th!!! If you sign up after that date you will not be guaranteed to receive a shirt.
Early Bird registration is only $20 until April 30th. Register NOW to SAVE $$
Price INCREASES to $25 until May 31st.

Online Registration will be open until the day before the race. It will end at Noon on June 26th. Online Registration will close at NOON so that bibs can be processed. At this point you will only be able to register the day of the race. There will be same day registration available for a cost of $35. PLEASE register by 7:45 AM.
Same Day Registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. The race will be timed and we will have age group awards for all 5K RUN-RUN/WALK participants.
AWARDS 1 Mile: NEW for 2026: YOUTH and ADULT divisions. First, Second and Third place overall for both YOUTH and ADULT divisions - no age groups.
5K RUN: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 & 75 and Up.
5K WALK: First, Second and Third overall, Men and Women divisions - no age groups.
All race awards will be given out NEAR the Pavilion at the end of the 5K race. SMILE --Finish line pictures will be taken as well. The race will be timed by Miller Race Management.
Packet pick up will also begin at 7:00 A.M. Participants will get a bib, swag bag and shirt upon check-in.
Water, Gatorade and pre-packaged snacks will be provided following the race.
PARKING should be available at the Diamond Trail with extra spots at the Maple Valley Community Center/ISD parking lot. (Just North of the Diamond Trail)
Water will be offered on the course. We will proceed RAIN or SHINE. May delay the start if there is lightning.
Proceeds from this event will help support Right to Life of Sanilac County and their educational outreach in the community.
