Scenic Course: Run or walk a 5K through the picturesque Los Angeles Arboretum, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning botanical gardens, before finishing on the iconic Santa Anita Race Track. Kids' Races: Young runners can join the fun with two options—a 6-furlong race for ages 7–12, or a quick Homestretch Dash for ages 6 and under—both on the legendary horse track. Post-Event Entertainment: Enjoy the lively post-race expo featuring music, food, a complimentary beer for participants 21+, and the annual Spring Carnival. Free Admission to Derby Day Horse Races: All participants receive complimentary admission and parking to the Derby Day horse races, plus an admission ticket to a future Santa Anita Park ($20 value). Medals, Shirts & Timing: Every participant gets a finisher medal, an official event shirt, and chip timing to track your performance. Important Information: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The 2026 event has a capacity of 7,500 participants and may sell out!
