Join Scoogie Events & Peddler's Village for a very FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT for adults & children of ALL AGES & ALL ABILITIES as we celebrate the Fall running season with a super festive event jam packed with family fun & activities! 🍁🎃🍂

Just a fun suggestion; Come dressed up as a Scarecrow to celebrate Scarecrows in the Village (one of Peddler's Village's most popular Fall attractions!) Or, come dressed-up and celebrate the Fall season and you'll automatically be entered into the Scarecrow Shuffle Costume Contest! Note: dressing-up is not required...just a fun suggestion.

After you do your Scarecrow Shuffle, stroll amongst larger-than-life scarecrows which are part of Peddler's Village's Annual Scarecrows in the Village competition! Come judge for yourself which Scarecrow you think deserves recognition!

Which ever distance you register for, be prepared for an event filled with a heck of a lot of wholesome Fall fun!

IMPORTANT & FUN REMINDER: This event (and all other Scoogie Events)

IS SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A RUN! 👉Bring a change of clothes and plan on sticking around for the day!

There are so many family fun things to do!

~After you cross the finish line and get one of the coolest race giveaways you'll ever receive, stick around for the costume contest, rockin' awards ceremony and then, venture over to Scarecrows in the Village

AWARDS:  Awards given for 8K & 5k only, Kids Run & FUN RUN are for FUN! Overall winner (male and female), plus top three males and females in each age category: NEW: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, (new age group: 80-89). No mailing of awards or shirts.

Again, no mailing of awards or shirts. If you have to leave the race early for ANY reason, you must notify us to save your award.  If you do not, we cannot hold/store awards and it will likely be given to a race day entry or someone else. It is simply too much to hold/store & inventory the awards.

Note: If you are registered for this race and you registered in time to choose a top size BUT you are unable to run for whatever reason, you will NEED TO CONTACT us BEFORE RACE DAY and let us know if you'd like us to hold on to your reserved giveaway (top) for you to pick up at a future Scoogie Event. If you do not do this, we cannot hold your shirt and it will likely be given to someone that registered after the deadline. We cannot mail shirts.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WEATHER: This event is a rain/shine event. NOTE: We do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason. We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue.... (but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)
