RACE DIRECTOR NOTE...Due to the increases in our Country in many of the expenses involved in this event (t-shirts, screen charges, medals, trophy parts, safety personnel etc...) we are forced to have to increase our registration prices.   For 35 year I have tried to price my events reasonable or in line with(usually lower) than surrounding events and we still are lower with this event than surrounding half-marathon's on Delmarva.    Thank You for your understanding...Race Director Tim Bamforth- Seashore Striders.

RACE COURSE:

Sunday's 5k- Grove Park course through the pines of Northside Rehoboth 1 mile Fright Walk will start with the 5k and do an out & back on Henlopen Avenue.

PASTA DINNER OPTION & PACKET PICKUP:

Sea Witch Silent Auction Description

The Grove Park Running/Walking Club will be holding a silent auction pre-race until the awards presentation begins.  The funds raised will support our annual scholarship awarded to a track and field Cape Graduate. All items are new and include categories such as home décor, kitchen items, baby clothing, and jewelry. Get your holiday shopping started early with some amazing bargains. Payment is accepted via cash, check, or Zelle.

RACE TIMING: Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack B chip timing system.

RACE AMENITIES: Long sleeve 100% Cotton Pre-Shrunk Race shirts, cool custom awards, two great courses, costume contest on Sunday.

1m Fright Walk...this is a non-competitive 1 mile walk with no awards Awards that are not picked up at the race can also will be available to be picked up during the week locally as well.   Contact tim@seashorestrider.com to arrange a pickup if you miss the awards ceremony.  Seashore Striders will mail "Out of Town" awards by receiving a check/cash/venmo for $10 to cover postage.
