22 soldiers commit suicide on average every single day. This medal challenge is to help raise awareness for those lost to suicide.
Activity type: Running, pushups, or weightlifting

Challenge Requirements:
• Wear your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge
• Must post picture or video on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause
AND
• 22-mile race challenge adding up to a total of 22 miles. Nominate someone else at each run.
OR
• 22 pushups for 22 days posting and nominating others
OR
• 175,000# total lifted weight: the average number of soldiers have died in the past 22 years to suicide. Nominate someone else on
