Welcome to the 10th Annual FCA Splash, Mash & Dash Triathlon & Duathlon. The Okefenokee Fellowship of Christian Athletes has stepped up and made this a "MUST DO" triathlon this year. This event takes place among the tall pines of Laura Walker State Park.

Exit the lake swim into transition, then onto a flat and fast, out and back bike course. The run is well shaded and equally as fast and flat with an aid station at the turnaround. Plenty of food, fun, and music at the post-race party! Friday Early Packet Pickup: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm – Fairfield Inn & Suites, 2207 Memorial Dr. , Waycross, GA 31501 Saturday Race Day Schedule: 6:00 am – Check In Registration Opens 7:30 am – First Wave Start 10:00 am – Awards Ceremony (Time is approx. ) Awards: (Triathlon) Overall Individual Male/Female Overall Masters (40+) Male/Female PLUS Awards 3 Deep in 5 year Age Groups (14 and under thru 85 up) - Clydesdale (Men 220+ lbs. )/Athena (Women 165+ lbs. ) - Fat Tire (Mtn. Bike & Cruisers (NO SLICKS) - Novice (First Triathlon) - Military/PSO/LEO (Public Safety & Law Enforcement) - Physically Challenged - Relay Teams (2-3 Members) - Duathlon (Run-Bike-Run) -Aquabike (Swim/Bike) $5 Park Fee paid on race day until 7:15am!
