Course: 5k Run (3. 4 mile) - 10 mile Bike - 400 yard Swim Cost: $70. 00 Individual ~ $140. 00 Team of 2 or 3 After August 18th: $75. 00 Individual, $150. 00 Team of 2 or 3 Registration on or before August 17th guarantees Tri-Shirt on race day.
