The Springfield VA Knights of Columbus proudly hosts an annual fundraising 5K Fun Run and Walk at beautiful Burke Lake Park ! This family‑friendly event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages — strollers absolutely welcome — and concludes with a free barbecue lunch for all participants and their families.

Event proceeds will go to support two important causes:

KOVAR , a Knights of Columbus charity helping Virginians with intellectual disabilities ( https://kovarva.org ) St. Bernadette School’s Tuition Assistance Program ( https://www.stbernschool.org ) Please note:
