🌸 Spring in the Park Women's 5K and 10K | Saturday, May 2, 2026  🌸

Join us for a spectacular women's-only 5K and 10K through the breathtaking Cleveland Metroparks. As we unite in the name of fitness, our mission is to raise awareness for the powerful link between staying active and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. All paces and abilities are welcome.  Special price for 18 and under runners.

👟 Event Details: Ladies, get ready for a chip-timed run and walk on a fast and gorgeous course! Gentlemen, your support is invaluable—come cheer us on or volunteer at the finish line or water stop.

7:30 AM | Day-of-race packet pick-up and registration begin in the picnic shelter. 7:30 AM | Topo Athletic - shoe demo 8:00 AM | 1 Mile Walk for all ages 8:00 AM | Optional start for walkers ONLY in 10K (all 5K walkers start with 8:30 AM start). 8:30 AM | 10K & 5K race start (common start) 9:00 AM | Wine area opens (will close at 11:00 AM) 9:00 AM | Support local jewelers There will be two local jewelers selling jewelry. Purchase the perfect Mother's Day gift!
