SARR Pick Up the Pace (PUP) Spring Training Program - we have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome!
Dates : April 25 - July 4, 2026. Programs: Basic & Advanced. Basic : For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form. Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed & running their fastest race. The advanced schedule includes more mileage/speed work.
Kickoff: Lady Bird Johnson Park (pavilion near the Trailhead), 10700 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217. Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches. Weekly Group Runs Sat AM & Tue PM. Goal race : Freedom Day 4-Miler
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member. Training Team Shirt included.
