Mental + Physical = Health Support NAMI Greater Wheeling and raise awareness for mental health by running or walking in our Stairs for Strides 5K.

Each participant will receive a sweat head band, wristbands, & participation medal for doing the 5K or the 1 Mile.

Schedule: Friday, May 8: NAMI's downtown Wheeling office at 1035 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Prepacket Pickup

Saturday, May 9: Heritage Port, 1200 Greater Wheeling Trail,  Wheeling, WV 26003 8:00 AM - Registration & Packet Pickup 9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk, 5K Competitive Walk, & Family Friendly Mental Health Mile Starts 10:00 AM - Food Trucks Open 10:30 AM - Awards Ceremony
