This high-energy 5K team challenge puts three-person teams head-to-head in timed competition where strength, wit, and teamwork matter as much as speed. Teams race in multiple competitive heats, completing 3 laps around the 1.05 mile course.
At the end of every lap, teams face a physical or mental challenge that must be completed before moving on. Push through fatigue. Rely on your teammates. Stay sharp under pressure. Every decision, every rep, every step counts.
