Welcome to Sunbright! Where the community is always shining and ready to support one another!
ADDRESS: 205 Burville Rd, Sunbright TN 37872
The 5k course will feature a simple out and back route with low to no traffic on this open course. These peaceful back roads are where our running teams thrive for their training runs day in and day out, come join us as they cheer you through the course! 5K too long!? Consider running in the 1mile event! Not a runner, Walking is welcome in the 1mile event, just come support and get involved!
COURSE: This chip-timed event is run in a country setting on beautiful Burrville Rd. The race starts just in front of the school and will run out and back to finish again from the start.
GIVEAWAYS: All runners registered for the 5K will receive a custom event T-shirt with their registration. T-shirt cut off will be March 2, so sign up before then to be guaranteed your shirt size, registrations after march 2 are not guaranteed a shirt or their preferred size.
AWARDS: Top 3 Male & Female runners in the 5K race will be recognized and awarded. Top individual per age group will also be awarded in 10-year increments.
<13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
**1mile run/ walk will NOT be scored, only timed.
RESTROOMS: Will be available from inside the school, no long lines and plenty for everyone!
WATER STOPS: Aid/ Water stations will be available at the half way point.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION: Parking will take place at the school, plenty of parking will be available.
All proceeds for this race go to the Sunbright High School track team.
