Let's plan to stick together with no set route. We can keep it to a conversational pace around the way and then head back to the hotel. Let's mingle, get some miles, soak in the morning, then grab a coffee together. Figure we can run/jog/walk for about 30-45 minutes at an easy pace. If you aren’t feeling up for the full distance, do whatever you're comfortable with and head back to the hotel. The start and finish are at the same spot. All paces and distances are welcome, so please spread the word to anyone else that might want to get their steps in with us! Wear a Mets hat or shirt for our group photo! If you want to run FAST, link up with someone there and go for it. If you want to run slower, or walk, do the same. This is all about bringing fans together that want to enjoy the morning on a positive foot. We're in town to watch the Mets, but also hang out with and meet new people. The run/walk will start at 9am, but get there earlier to stretch and mingle. The roads will be open. Stay in the shoulder (or sidewalk) and be safe! Be respectful and mindful of traffic and pedestrians. Plan to stick around once you're done to cheer on and encourage everyone else as they make their way back.
