Now in its 46th edition, the Annual Sap Run is a point to point run that starts in Swanton Village and finishes on Main Street in the heart of the Vermont Maple Festival in Downtown St. Albans.
Maple syrup awards to the top three in all ten year age groups. Syrup shots at the aid stations and maple flavored treats at the finish. There will also be plenty of traditional refreshments if that's too much sweetness for you.
This race is part of the Franklin County Triple Crown. The Triple Crown includes the Sap Run, The Milk Run in Enosburg on June 7th, and the Egg Run in Fairfax on August 1st. Runners that complete all three will be eligible for some great raffle prizes at the Egg Run.
