Walk With Her 5K is more than a race — it’s a movement.

This community-centered 5K walk/run was created to support and uplift women who have spent years restoring everyone else while often neglecting themselves. Through wellness, leadership development, and community engagement, this event shines a light on the invisible weight many women carry — and reminds them that they are seen, valued, and worthy of restoration.

Whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, you are moving with purpose.

Participants will receive:

• Professionally managed 5K course

• Custom race bib and event t-shirt
