Whether you’re racing for a personal best or strolling with friends, the Waubonsee Foundation Trail Run is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the Waubonsee community—all while raising much-needed funds for student scholarships!

Hosted on a mixed-terrain trail on Waubonsee’s beautiful Sugar Grove Campus and the Gilman Trail, the Trail Run is a can’t-miss event for the whole family. All participants will receive a swag bag that includes an event t-shirt, a food truck voucher, and fun giveaways from our generous sponsors. After the race, stick around for treats from Tasty T's , Santiago's Tacos , and Foxy's Ice Cream .

Timing & Awards This is a chip-timed race with live results. Prizes will be given to the fastest female and fastest male runners in both the 5K and 10K categories. All finishers will receive a finisher's medal.
