Participants will enjoy a swim in a clear kettle pond, a bike ride through the rolling hills of the National Seashore, and a run past the famous Beachcomber restaurant. The paved bike and run course winds through a natural pine forest, closed to vehicular traffic for safety. This USAT-sanctioned event also supports local non-profit organizations, combining athletic challenge with community benefit.

The Wellfleet Sprint Triathlon is picturesque, challenging -- and fun! A 1/4-mile swim in the clear waters of a Cape Cod "kettle pond"; a 10-mile bike through the rolling hills of the Cape Cod National Seashore; and a 3-mile run past the famed Beachcomber restaurant and back.

The paved bike/run course, traversing a natural pine forest, will be closed to vehicular traffic. The race benefits non-profit radio station WOMR 92. 1FM and Outer Cape Health. This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event with a USAT certified Race Director.
