  • Individual National Champion in Masters 5K and Mile--both Indoor & Outdoor; P.R. of 4:02
  • In 2022, Ranked #1 in the World for the Mile, (Masters 55-59 age group)
  • 5-time collegiate all-American in 1,500m.
