Family FriendlyThe Tri-Cities Family YMCA invites you to the Coast Guard City USA Run in Grand Haven, MI. This inclusive event welcomes all ages and paces, from avid racers to occasional walkers. Choose from USATF-certified 5K and 10K courses, the OAM Combo 5K + 10K Coastie Challenge, or a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk. It's a wonderful opportunity to promote healthy lifestyles and build community in the Tri-Cities area, all on a mild, rolling course.

The Tri-Cities Family YMCA invites you to join us for the Coast Guard City USA Run, presented by Trinity Health Grand Haven! Whether you are an avid racer or an occasional walker, there is something for everyone and all ages are welcome.
Our races consist of a US Track & Field certified 5K Run/Walk, a US Track & Field certified 10K Run/Walk, the OAM Combo 5K +10K Run/Walk Coastie Challenge, and a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk (be sure to bring your wagon or stroller).
