Heart & Sole 5k Walk/Run

Event by Pembroke Teachers' Federation

The PTF is excited to be hosting our 2nd annual 5k Walk/Run to benefit Genesee County Mental Health Services. The race will start at 10 am on Saturday, April 25th, 2026.

Packet Pickup and In-Person Registration: Friday, April 24th, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm OR on Race Day, April 25th, starting at 8:45 am to 9:45 am. Packet pickup will be at the Pembroke Intermediate School. Please allow yourself enough time to get set up in the starting area.

Only the first 250 registered participants will be guaranteed a Sport-Tek Unisex Heart and Sole t-shirt. Register before March 18th to guarantee your size!

Price (includes the cost of your t-shirt and a donation to Genesee County Mental Health): $20 thru March 17 $25 March 18 thru April 25 $25 Race Morning (April 25)

Post Race: Medals for all participants and trophies for first place male and female.
