Course details

  • Swim 1 mile
  • Bike 28 miles
  • Run 7.5 miles

Event options

  • Individual Triathlon
  • Aquabike (Swim & Bike legs only)
  • Duathlon (3.5 mile run / Bike / 7.5 mile run
  • Relay (Swim/Bike/Run) but with 2-3 total team members divvying up the legs

All entries get a T-shirt and lunch!
