Event
Get ready for a race day that’s as fun to explore as it is to run. The Run the Runway: Pryor Field 5K isn’t your typical straight‑line airport race —this new USATF‑certified course winds past open hangars full of private planes and jets, cruises by the helipad, glides down the runway and taxiway, and even takes runners through a World War II hangar. It’s flat, fast, and packed with things to see along the way.
And it’s not just for the grown‑ups — bring the whole crew out for the 1 Mile Fun Run. A kid‑friendly dash that lets young runners experience the excitement of being on an active airport and a fast and flat, state record ready 1 Mile USATF certified course. It’s the perfect way to spark your love for aviation and experience the race‑day energy.
Whether you’re chasing a PR, jogging with friends, or cheering on your little aviators, Run the Runway: Pryor Field 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run deliver a race day full of aircraft sights and racing memories.
